Our "New American" menu features the best of seasonal, locally-grown foods carefuly paired with Tamanend's award-winning wines, all served in the winery's new event room.

LNO – Premium style Lime Margarita, Orange Margarita
Cardinalis – Dry red blend of premium grapes
Mountain Laurel – Chardonnay, Seyval & Vidal blend
Queen Anne – Riesling, Cayuga & Vidal blend

First Course
Seared Sea Scallops
on grilled eggplant with sweet red pepper beurre blanc.

Moonstone – Chardonnay
Irresistible – Riesling

Second Course
Grilled Quail on Spaghetti Squash
with apple/bacon appareil.

Alleluia ’03 – Chambourcin
Alleluia ’05 – Chambourcin

Third Course
Mixed grille of veal, beef & lamb.
Dauphinoise potatoes and fried leeks
Wine Selection:
American Beauty ’04 – Cabernet Franc
American Beauty ’06 – Cabernet Franc

Dessert
Cheesecake drops with raspberries.
Wine Selection:
Azul D’Oro – after dinner wine made from 100% organically grown Blue Agave
